Al Ahly’s new stadium is a 50,000-seat state-of-the-art facility spanning 48,000 square meters in Sheikh Zayed City. Designed with a modern structure, no running track, and a retractable roof, it aims to provide an unparalleled viewing experience for fans from every angle.
The project is more than just a stadium, it’s a fully integrated sports city. It will feature a club museum celebrating Al Ahly’s legacy, a world-class hotel for teams and visitors, and a cutting-edge sports hospital to serve athletes. Additionally, the complex will include advanced training facilities, recreational areas, and commercial zones, ensuring long-term financial sustainability for the club.
With a total investment of 8 billion EGP, the project will be executed in two phases. The first phase, costing 4 billion EGP, includes the stadium, museum, and hotel, while the second phase will add a sports university and a large commercial mall. The stadium is set for completion by 2029, establishing itself as one of the most advanced sports venues in Egypt and the region.
